Roles & Responsibilities

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to handle our USD transactions and support the finance team in ensuring accurate and timely financial operations.

Responsibilities :

• Manage invoice postings in Navision, ensuring accuracy and compliance with 3-way matching procedures.
• Process various payment methods, including cheques, online banking, telegraphic transfers (T / T), inward bills, and invoice financing.
• Prepare and submit invoice financing applications; monitor repayment schedules to ensure timely settlement.
• Draft and issue Letters of Credit in accordance with company and banking requirements.
• Maintain and update cash flow forecasts; perform regular bank and supplier statement reconciliations.
• Support month-end closing activities, including accruals, audit preparation, and tax filing requirements.
