Job descriptionDegree in Engineering or equivalent. At least 5 years of supervisory experience in production operations within the Aerospace Manufacturing Industry. Strong knowledge with CNC machining and programming. Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with Lean manufacturing principles.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a production team involved in machining and assembly to meet production schedules and customer needs.
- Drive employee development through performance management, coaching, training, and talent acquisition in alignment with business objectives.
- Maintain a safe, organized work environment by implementing 6S standards and overseeing machine optimization and capacity planning.
- Support Lean / Kaizen initiatives, resolve issues with other cells, and ensure accurate ERP system updates (Syteline).
- Oversee team morale, manage attendance, and conduct performance reviews while addressing grievances and disciplinary issues.
