Job Description :
- Documentation : Maintain project files, contracts, drawings, permits, and reports.
- Admin Support : Assist project managers with scheduling, meetings, and daily tasks.
- Coordination : Communicate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams.
- Procurement : Help with material orders, deliveries, and vendor tracking.
- Cost Tracking : Support budget monitoring, invoice processing, and claims.
- Compliance : Ensure safety and quality records are up to date.
- Scheduling : Assist with timelines, milestone tracking, and project updates.
Requirements :
