Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Information :

  • Salary range : Up to $5,500
  • Permanent Night, Mon to Fri, 8pm to 5 : 30am ($15 / per shift)

Responsibilities :

  • Support Health and Safety programs (DWB, BBS, H&S meetings).
  • Oversee operators' competencies, training, feedback, performance metrics, discipline & comply 6S.
  • Adhere to production plan, monitor progress, drive KPI, material accuracy, yield output & efficiency.
  • Troubleshooting and promptly feedback to superior.
  • Analyze the root cause of defective products, and take corrective and preventive action.
  • Allocation of resource for production lines including manpower, equipment, and materials.
  • Monitor’s records and documentation in production line integrity, accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Drive kaizen methodology, optimize production, promote efficiency, and reduce scrap and costs.
  • Participate and encourage the team to support company activities and program

    • Requirements :

  • ITE / Diploma / Degree in Engineering with 2 years supervisory in Manufacturing environment.
  • Possess leadership and ability to lead a team of production staffs, and Computer literacy.
