Roles & Responsibilities
We need Company Director with below requirements;
- Develop and lead the overall marketing strategy aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
- Set departmental objectives, KPIs, and long-term vision for brand growth and market penetration.
- Act as the strategic marketing advisor to the executive leadership team.
- Define and elevate brand identity, tone, and positioning across all markets.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and regions.
- Oversee the planning, execution, and performance of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, media, and events.
- Direct market research initiatives to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitive positioning.
- Use insights and data analytics to inform strategy, product development, and go-to-market plans.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Set performance objectives and guide career development of team members.
- Develop and manage the marketing department budget.
- Allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI on campaigns and initiatives.
- Evaluate agency partnerships and ensure cost-effective outsourcing.
- Manage high-level communications, PR strategies, and crisis communication plans.
- Serve as the company’s brand ambassador at public events, media appearances, and industry forums.
Qualifications
10+ years of experience in a sales or a similar client-facing role.Strong understanding of sales processes and customer relationship management (CRM) software.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Willingness to travel.Tell employers what skills you have
