Roles & Responsibilities

Job duties and responsibilities :

• Responsible in ensuring monthly personal sales targets are met.
• Keep documentation and maintain customers’ records.
• Deliver a variety of facial / massage services in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Meet sales goals / targets while offering personalized customer service and maintaining long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Acknowledge and respond to customers’ enquiries, needs and expectations.
• Suggest and promote retail products and additional services.
• Uphold hygiene and follow health and hygiene regulations.
• Ensure that all purchased services / products are not under cost.
• Ensure the safety of all customers during treatment. (i.e. refrain from burning / injure customers)
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management.
