5.5 Days work week. Must be onsite to oversee and manage all events Actively source for new sales leads, working towards monthly KPIs and deliverables for our restaurants Plan and execute brand events, private bookings, and seasonal campaigns Work closely with marketing, kitchen, and service teams to ensure seamless operations Build relationships with vendors, suppliers, and clients Track event budgets, timelines, and post-event performance Elevate GFM's reputation as the go-to destination for fresh seafood and unforgettable events What We're Looking For
2+ years in event planning or F&B / events marketing Experience managing vendors, logistics, and teams Strong communication skills and attention to detail Passion for food, wine, and guest experience Available to work on-site, weekends, and evenings when needed Benefits For Confirmed Staff
