Roles & Responsibilities
Job Description :
- Liaise between the Sales and Technical Support teams on project-related issues
- Ensure timely scheduling and completion of all deliveries and pickups
- Handle the preparation and dispatch of outgoing equipment
- Follow up with the Purchasing team on the delivery status of equipment to project sites
- Maintain well-organized documentation to support payment processes, including invoices, POs, service agreements, project logs, and necessary approvals
- Work with the Accounts team to process invoices for dispatched equipment
- Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs) for specific systems
- Prepare handover documentation for client delivery
- Assemble and duplicate operational manuals as needed
- Research and retrieve brochures and technical specifications online to update equipment catalogs
- Update and compile catalogs for clients and consultants to reflect any product or equipment changes
- Create Testing & Commissioning documentation and user guides
- Submit warranty cards to manufacturers and maintain accurate records of warranty durations
Requirements :
