Supply & Merchandising Coordinator

About the Role

The Supply & Merchandising Coordinator ensures Twigly’s stores are always stocked with the right products. This role bridges suppliers, logistics, and store teams to optimize availability, costs, and product presentation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate ordering and delivery schedules with suppliers and logistics partners.
  • Track stock movements, resolve discrepancies, and minimize wastage.
  • Monitor sales performance and recommend adjustments to assortments.
  • Work with the marketing team to plan promotions and seasonal campaigns.
  • Ensure products are displayed according to merchandising guidelines.
  • Support new store openings and product launches.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
  • 1–2 years’ experience in retail operations, logistics, or merchandising.
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills.
  • Good organizational and communication abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment.
