Eltoma (Singapore) Pte Ltd is acting as a registered filing agent with ACRA. International clients of Eltoma (Singapore) Pte Ltd are required a director for their Singapore companies in order to satisfy statutory requirements of the Singapore Company Act.A director will not be involved in the international clients’ businesses. This role is simply to satisfy Singapore compliance requirements. A full package of legal documents will be signed with each international client.Director duties mostly will include signing of the resolutions prepared by our staff, signing of the annual Financial statements, Annual return declarations and Forms C, prepared by our company as a Corporate service provider; also there will be signing of contracts and agreements under the instructions given by the beneficiary owners of companies under supervision of our legal department.Eltoma (Singapore) Pte is acting as a secretary and controls / ensures that each Singapore company of our international client is in full compliance with ACRA and IRAS.
