Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Design and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and learning activities
- Guide discussions to encourage active participation and deeper understanding of course materials
- Promote respectful dialogue and inclusivity among participants
- Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments
- Provide timely feedback to participants and their managers
- Stay updated on current trends, tools, and techniques in learning and development
- Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on participant feedback and learning outcomes
- Administer assessments and oversee evaluation processes
- Track and report participant engagement to relevant stakeholders
- Encourage diverse perspectives and ensure all voices are heard during facilitation
Requirements :
Diploma or equivalent qualification in a relevant fieldCompletion of a certified facilitator training program is preferred1–2 years of experience in a facilitation or training roleStrong curriculum development and delivery skillsProven ability to lead interactive, learner-driven sessionsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProfessional, respectful, and adaptable in diverse learning environmentsAdditional : Working Days
Thursday, Friday and Saturday
AM Shift : 9 : 00am to 1 : 00pm
PM Shift : 2 : 00pm to 6 : 00pm
MN Shift : 10 : 00pm to 6 : 00am
Rates
AM / PM Shifts : $12 / hr
MN Shift : $15 / hr
