Job descriptionArchitectural masters / degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore. Registered Architect by BOA will be an advantage. Minimum 10 years of post-graduate architectural experience. Bim / Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Specialised in healthcare projects.
- To lead, manage and coordination of projects complying with authorities' requirements and standards.
- Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
- Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and / or authorities compliance problems.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work as a team.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.
- Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
- Keep updated on contractual and authorities' requirements.
- Nurture, coach and upgrade skill levels of team members.
