Job Description & Requirements
We seek a motivated individual to handle our invoicing process and perform various administrative duties. This role is ideal for someone who is keen to learn, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the improvement of our company. We value a willing attitude and the drive to grow professionally.
Key Responsibilities :
- Accurately generate and manage customer invoices using our invoicing system.
- Well versed in sales, and generation of reports for GST and audit purposes.
- Track sales inventory.
- Maintain and organize files and records with high precision.
- Manage petty cash via Info-tech system.
- Provide support in various administrative tasks and projects such as document archiving.
- Answering of office phone calls.
- Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
- Adapt to changes in processes and systems as required.
Qualifications :
Strong willingness to learn, adapt and contribute new ideas.Good organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent attention to detail.Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with invoicing software.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.We Offer :
