Roles & Responsibilities
- Enforce house rules on all stakeholders and take action when necessary for non-compliance
- Work closely with the project team to eliminate security, safety, health and environment hazards
- Establish, review, update and Improve Workplace Safety and Health procedures, measures and policies in accordance with statutory requirements
- Ensure legal compliance to all statutory safety and environmental regulations and timely submission of mandatory documents
- Facilitate and conduct internal auditing, to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards
- Responsible for all incidents reporting and investigation
- Lead and manage site WSH matters for both, the company and subcontractors
- Guide and train the Site Emergency Response Team (SERT) and also, organize drills
- Conduct safety-related training for the staff and sub-contractors including foreign workers
- Audit equipment, machinery and assets regularly to ensure that they are in good working condition and machineries are purchased for use Implement safety campaigns to promote and inculcate safety culture.
- Identify environmental issues and recommend measures to rectify the irregularities
- Liaise with MOM, NEA, PUB and other relevant authorities on all WSH issues.
- Any related ad-hoc duties or assignment as instructed by the Management.
Requirements :
Registered WSHO & ECO.Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience.Working experiences with Main Contractor would be an advantagePossess Earth Control Measure Officer (ECMO) qualification will be added advantage.Tell employers what skills you have
