Roles & Responsibilities
We are looking for a detail-oriented and performance-driven E-Commerce Executive to manage and grow our online presence across platforms such as WIX, Shopee, Lazada, and future e-commerce platforms like TikTok for our Sleep Business (The Air Station). This role is responsible for the day-to-day operations of our e-commerce storefronts, executing promotions, optimizing product listings, and driving promotional campaign performance both online and offline. The ideal candidate has experience with online store management, familiarity with campaign mechanics on the various platforms, and marketing automation tools, and is eager to contribute to a growing health and wellness brand.
Key Responsibilities
Online Platform Management
- Maintain and optimize TAS online storefronts (WIX, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop)
- Ensure timely updates of product listings, visuals, pricing, and stock status
- Manage vouchers, promo campaigns, and affiliate links on marketplaces
Promotions & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute promotional campaigns, including pricing, vouchers, bundles, and mechanicsCoordinate promo communications (eDMs, banners, visuals, landing pages)Support ad campaign setup (Facebook, Google) and A / B testing initiativesWork with the product and content team to create promotional assets that align with campaign goalsMarketing Automation & CX
Manage and automate eDM flows (welcome, post-purchase, cart reminders)Coordinate with digital marketing executive for lifecycle campaignsContribute to loyalty / review / referral program implementation (where relevant)Data Tracking & Performance Analysis
Track campaign performance using GA, Meta Ads Manager, and marketplace dashboardsGenerate monthly reports with actionable insights (CTR, conversion rates, sales lift, etc.)Recommend improvements to online experience and conversion funnelRequirements
Diploma / Degree in E-Commerce, Digital Marketing, Communications or related fields1–2 years of experience managing e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Lazada, Shopify, Wix, TikTok Shop)Working knowledge of EDM platforms and GA4Experience setting up online campaigns, vouchers, and store mechanicsStrong coordination and attention to detail across multiple platformsComfortable working cross-functionally and meeting campaign timelinesBasic design and visual editing skills (e.g. Canva, Figma) are a bonusExperience in healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry is an advantageSoft Skills
