Job Description

Accounts Receivable

  • Preparation and issuance of invoices.
  • Generating statements of accounts.
  • Record incoming cash receipt and clearing AR.
  • Reconciliation of receipts.
  • Generating AR Ageing report.
  • Follow up with customers for overdue debts.

Accounts Payable

  • Processing of suppliers / vendors invoices and payments, creditors reconciliation.
  • Posting of AP entries / journal posting of accrual and prepayment into the accounting system.
  • Preparation of cheque and internet bank online payment.

    • Others

  • Participate in the year-end audit.
  • Assist in club major events eg, AGM, Commodore Day, etc.
  • Any other duties as assigned.

    • Requirements :

  • Proficient in verbal and written English.
  • Preferably studying / studied in Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of similar working experience
  • Positive work attitude, teamplayer, good interpersonal skills and ability to multitask.

  • Work location : West Coast Ferry Road (Bus 175 and 176) beside West Coast Park.
  • Company transport provided (Clementi MRT Station).
  • Meals provided.
