About the role
The Institutional Banking Group Digital function sets and executes the Digital Channels strategy across products and segments regionally for our corporate customers. You will be part of the Digital Channels team that manages the web and mobile banking digital channels for our corporate customers.
Job Responsibility
- Configure prompts, knowledge bases, and multi-step AI agents on low / no-code platforms such as Dify and our internal AI platform (AIP)
- Identify areas where product processing systems need to provide APIs for the bot.
- Draft approach to monitor live interactions, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimise for accuracy, compliance, and customer experience working together with stakeholders
- Discover : Conduct thorough internal and external research to understand the need of GTS employees and find the best solution.
- Define : Design the solution including project plan from development to delivery.
- Develop : Prototype and validate solutions through user testing, ensuring they meet user needs, align with business goals, and are technically feasible.
- Deliver : Implement solutions with continuous feedback loops, overseeing phased building and testing, and maintaining clear communication and change management for successful deployment.
Job Requirements
