Group Consolidation & Reporting Manager

Responsibilities

• Responsible for half-year and fully-year SGX results announcements
• Responsible for the preparation of financial disclosures in the Annual Report, including coordinating with overseas subsidiaries
• Prepare monthly and quarterly management report to the board
• Responsible for group consolidation and financial / management reporting functions and to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements
• Review consolidated journal entries
• Review inter-company transactions and profit eliminations
• Perform financial analysis of consolidated results to support financial / management reporting, including quarterly results release and Annual Report
• Review and analyse monthly financial information of subsidiaries, including balance sheet items
• Support communication throughout the Group on changes in reporting requirements
• Ensure that the impact of changes on group accounting policies and procedures are inline with the changes in business requirements and relevant financial reporting standards
• Provide guidance and support to overseas team to ensure timely submission of monthly accounts
• Ensure that all entities including overseas subsidiaries comply with the Group accounting policies
• Support the team for migration and implementation of newsystem-related projects
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by management
