Role Purpose :
The DMS Manager will lead the maintenance and support of Document Management Systems (DMS) deployed to customers. This includes managing internal support teams and external vendors to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction. The role also requires active participation in governance meetings, project management, and presales activities like RFI / RFP processes.
Key Accountabilities :
Plan and execute DMS-related projects aligned with business objectives.
Manage scope, timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet milestones and budgets.
Attend monthly Workgroup and PSC meetings.
Prepare and submit SLA reports and meeting minutes.
Resolve operational issues and implement change requests (CRs).
Maintain regular updates to the Project Repository.
Ensure compliance with governance and project management guidelines.
Proactively monitor and escalate project risks / issues.
Ensure timely project sign-offs and accurate project financial tracking.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
Desired Experience, Knowledge & Attributes :
5-8 years in managing support teams, customer engagements, and projects.
Preferred experience with DMS or similar application platforms.
Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Ability to obtain security clearance for Government projects.
Residency or nationality required for project clearance (e.g., Singapore citizens).
