Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics , or a related field (Master’s preferred) 5+ years’ experience in product or project management of healthcare or medical software Proven experience with SDLC methodologies , stakeholder engagement, and delivering enterprise-level applications Knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, ISO 13485, IEC 62304, GDPR / HIPAA compliance) Strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills Technical familiarity with programming languages, cloud platforms , and data-driven applications PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus Experience in digital health, medical devices, or clinical workflow software Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems and EHR integration Familiarity with healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, FHIR) Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Roles & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end IT software application project management for healthcare software product
- Oversee product lifecycle from requirements gathering and design to implementation, validation, and release
- Drive the use of AI / ML in healthcare to enable data-driven decision-making and deliver personalized care to patients
- W ell-versed in AI / ML governance and risk management in the context of healthcare software, including model explainability, bias mitigation, data privacy, and compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulatory standards and support quality assurance teams in meeting software documentation and audit requirements
- Foster strong working relationships with customers and vendors , acting as the main point of contact
- Maintain up-to-date project documentation including user stories, requirements, and validation reports
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, supporting their career growth
- Apply appropriate project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum etc.) depending on project scope
- Use tools such as Jira, Confluence for tracking and collaboration
