Demand Planner - CYRUS TECHNOLOGY (S) PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Fulfilment responsibilities :

• Manage the full order-to-delivery process, from purchase order processing to shipment coordination
• Responsible in managing customers’ accounts, driving shipment / revenue, reviewing on raw materials requirements and customer forecast.
• Act as main contacts for customers, coordinate with internal teams to meet customers requirements.
• Liaise with customers to handle inquiries and resolve fulfilment issues.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production planning and streamline logistics
• To manage, plan, analyse and overseedemand & supply commitments
• Analyse supply and demand patterns to forecast future requirements and proactively address potential issues
• Implement and support new processes to meet the evolving needs of the business.
• Manage product configurations and BOMs within the Fulfilment Database.
• To support business / department requirements through the preparation and analysis of reports
• Maintain accurate records and generate reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Perform other assigned duties
