We are seeking a highly organized and culturally fluent Trilingual Personal Assistant to support a dynamic and busy executive. Key Responsibilities
Administrative & Logistical Support
- Calendar Management : Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications for the Director.
- Travel Arrangements : Plan and oversee international and domestic travel—including flights, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries.
- Event Planning : Organize and manage both corporate events and private functions for the executive and their family.
- Personal & Household Support : Handle daily personal affairs, family events, and oversight of private properties and assets.
Language & Liaison Services
Translation & Interpretation : Deliver accurate, professional translations and real-time interpretation between Mandarin, Vietnamese, and English, covering both formal business and informal contexts.Cross-Cultural Communication : Facilitate clear and respectful communication across cultural lines during meetings, negotiations, and presentations.Stakeholder Liaison : Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners—particularly Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders—to ensure seamless interactions and collaboration.Desired Skills & Qualifications
