Roles & Responsibilities

Job Advertisement : Personal Assistant to Director

We are seeking a highly organized and culturally fluent Trilingual Personal Assistant to support a dynamic and busy executive. This role is ideal for a motivated professional who can thrive in fast-paced environments while delivering top-tier administrative, logistical, and language support across Mandarin, Vietnamese, and English contexts.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Logistical Support

  • Calendar Management : Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and communications for the Director.
  • Travel Arrangements : Plan and oversee international and domestic travel—including flights, hotels, visas, and detailed itineraries.
  • Event Planning : Organize and manage both corporate events and private functions for the executive and their family.
  • Personal & Household Support : Handle daily personal affairs, family events, and oversight of private properties and assets.

Language & Liaison Services

  • Translation & Interpretation : Deliver accurate, professional translations and real-time interpretation between Mandarin, Vietnamese, and English, covering both formal business and informal contexts.
  • Cross-Cultural Communication : Facilitate clear and respectful communication across cultural lines during meetings, negotiations, and presentations.
  • Stakeholder Liaison : Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and external partners—particularly Vietnamese-speaking stakeholders—to ensure seamless interactions and collaboration.
  • Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Trilingual Fluency : Full professional fluency in Mandarin, Vietnamese, and English is essential.
  • Professionalism & Discretion : Demonstrated ability to handle confidential matters with integrity and discretion.
  • Exceptional Organizational Skills : Meticulous attention to detail, with the ability to manage complex schedules and prioritize effectively.
  • Proactive & Adaptable : Resourceful, self-motivated, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-changing environment.
  • Tech-Savvy : Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and modern productivity tools (e.g., Google Workspace, communication platforms).
  • Industry Awareness : Possesses a keen interest and basic understanding of the technology, market, and industry trends related to upholstered furniture , especially functional sofas .
