Our client is a leading SGX-listed company known for its disciplined growth and strong corporate governance. With evolving business needs and increasing regulatory complexity, they are now hiring a high-calibre Senior Legal Counsel to strengthen their leadership bench.

This is a critical role for a seasoned legal professional where you will serve as a trusted advisor to the board and executive team, influencing strategic decisions and protecting the business through smart, pragmatic legal guidance.

Responsibilities

Lead legal support on banking, financing, treasury, and commercial contracts
Advise on corporate governance, SGX listing rules, and board matters
Partner on strategic transactions including funding, M&A, and corporate actions
Ensure regulatory compliance and manage stakeholder engagement, including MAS and SGX
Work cross-functionally with business, finance, and external counsel to mitigate risk and drive outcomes

What We’re Looking For

10 - 15 years PQE , with strong in-house experience at SGX-listed companies or financial institutions

In-depth knowledge of SGX Listing Manual , corporate law, and regulatory frameworks

Proven track record negotiating complex banking and financing agreements

Strong commercial acumen, executive presence, and board-level stakeholder management

Singapore-qualified lawyer (or equivalent) preferred
