Whether you’re looking to improve a process, or have an innovative idea awaiting a technology solution, we want you to bring your ideas to the table.We are a close-knit team that looks out for each other, works hard to get the job done, and encourages each other to grow – the perfect place for you to grow your career!Duties & Responsibilities Take charge of end-to-end payroll calculations - covering salary, overtime, shift allowances, tax deductions, and other withholdings to ensure every paycheck is precise and on timeKeep payroll records clean, current, and easy to access, supporting smooth audits and operational efficiencyDive into the details - reconcile payroll records, validate data, and handle admin tasks with a sharp eye for accuracy and consistencyStay ahead of payroll legislation and ensure that every process and payment aligns with current legal standardsDevelop and uphold clear payroll and billing procedures, driving consistency and operational excellence across all related transactionsPartner closely with teams like the Shared Services Centre to streamline processes, improve workflows, and enhance service deliveryContribute to system upgrades and improvements by participating in HRIS user acceptance testing and helping shape best practicesAct as a reliable point of contact for payroll-related questions, delivering clear and timely responses to employee inquiriesSkills & Requirements Hold a Diploma in Human Resource Management or Business Administration, preferably with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in Payroll Management.Demonstrate knowledge of the Employment Act and Ministry of Manpower (MOM) regulations, ensuring compliance in payroll practices.Be proficient in Microsoft Office Applications and HR Information Systems (HRIS) software, such as SAP, for effective data management and reporting.Exhibit a proactive and creative approach to problem-solving and process improvement.Possess the ability to learn quickly, multitask effectively, and collaborate seamlessly within a team.Exhibit strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with individuals at various organizational levels.If you meet these qualifications and are prepared to contribute to the efficiency of our payroll and billing operations, we encourage you to apply for this role.
