Job Description :

• Maintain service items inventory control and order parts.
• Preparation and coordination IT Engineers schedules for on-site / outsource / inhouse projects & backfills purpose on daily basis.
• Liaising with Sales Dept & IT Dept closely on after sales matters.
• Handle incoming calls and enquires from corporate customers.
• Answer email correspondence in a prompt and efficient manner.
• Maintain proper records for billing purposes.
• Maintain neat and timely update on the service form inputs to our system.
• Preferably with IT knowledge.
• Any ad hoc requirements by the Manager.
