Optometrist / Optician (Full-Time / Part-Time)

Location : Islandwide (Multiple Outlets Available)

Employment Type : Permanent / Contract / Part-Time

Salary Range : Up to $5,000 / month (depending on experience)

Job Summary

We are seeking passionate and customer-oriented Optometrists and Opticians to join a retail-based optical team. You will provide professional eye care consultation, perform refraction tests, and deliver exceptional service to customers in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform vision tests, eye examinations, and refractions to determine customers’ prescriptions.
• Advise customers on suitable eyewear options (spectacles, lenses, coatings, etc.) based on prescription and lifestyle.
• Fit, adjust, and dispense optical products accurately.
• Provide professional product and after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Maintain proper documentation of prescriptions, eye test results, and sales transactions.
• Ensure equipment, frames, and lenses are properly maintained and stored.
• Support store operations including inventory management, visual display, and sales support when required.
