Roles & Responsibilities

Working Hours : Mon : 8.30 am to 6.30 pm Tue to Fri : 8.30 am to 6.15 pm

Working Location : Alexandra Road

Basic Salary Range : S$2,500 – S$2,900

Contract Period : 01 October 2025 – 01 February 2026 (Maternity Cover - 4 Months Contract)

What You’ll Be Doing

As an Assistant Executive, Training and Admin, you will play a key role in coordinating training logistics, managing records, and ensuring smooth execution of internal and external training programs.

1. General Training Administration

• Create TMSi accounts for new joiners and coordinate with IT to remove accounts for leavers.
• Maintain accurate training attendance and certification records.
• Order and prepare training materials (e.g., printing, binding, ordering supplies).
• Generate monthly training reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Ensure training records in TMSi are consistently updated and well-maintained to support 100% achievement in monthly Performance League results.
• Set up training rooms according to trainer requirements.
