Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with patient registration and appointment scheduling.
• Guide patients through admission, consultation, and discharge processes.
• Handle billing, payment collection, and related administrative tasks.
• Manage phone and counter enquiries, providing accurate information to patients and caregivers.
• Ensure proper filing and updating of patient records.
• Undertake other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
