We are looking for a Fire Life Safety Manager to join our team!

Job Summary

As a Fire Life Safety Manager, you will lead the implementation and maintenance of Fire Life Safety (FLS) and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) procedures to ensure a safe work environment at the resort. You will drive compliance through incident investigations, risk evaluations, and emergency preparedness, collaborating across teams to uphold safety standards.

As a Fire Life Safety Manager, we rely on you to:

• Implement and maintain Fire Life Safety (FLS) and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) procedures to promote a safe and compliant work environment
• Conduct thorough incident investigations and compliance inspections to ensure adherence to organisational FLS and WSH requirements
• Evaluate fire hazard risks in the workplace and report on the progress of corrective and preventive actions to mitigate these risks
• Review and maintain Workplace Safety and Health Management System (WSHMS) documentation to support continuous safety improvements
• Manage and lead all Fire Life Safety aspects of the building, ensuring operational readiness and compliance with safety standards
• Coordinate and execute Emergency Preparedness and Response Plan (EPRP) drills, ensuring emergency response equipment is maintained and functional
• Plan, coordinate, and deliver Fire Life Safety and Workplace Safety and Health meetings to engage stakeholders and drive safety initiatives

We are looking for someone who:

• Possess relevant qualifications in Workplace Safety & Health or equivalent recognised by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM)
• Registered with MOM under the Workplace Safety and Health Professionals Registration System (WSHPR)
• Certified as a Fire Safety Manager
• Hold relevant certification in Work Health Safety
• Demonstrate a strong understanding of all local safety and health regulations
• Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of hazard identification in both Fire Life Safety and Workplace Safety and Health
