Job description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Supply Chain Management : Coordinate and oversee the entire supply chain process, frominbound to outbound.
  • InventoryManagement : Monitor inventory levels, track stockmovements, and ensure optimal stock levels are maintained to meetcustomer demands.
  • TransportationCoordination : Liaise with transport team to arrangetransportation for goods.
  • Warehousing : Performwarehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and organizinginventory.
  • OrderProcessing : Process orders accurately andefficiently, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery tocustomers.
  • Documentation andRecord Keeping : Maintain accurate records ofshipments, inventory, and transactions, including shippinginvoices
  • CostControl : Monitor logistics expenses and identifyopportunities for cost savings through efficiency improvements orimplementing new technologies.
  • Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practicesto enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and streamlineoperations
  • Data Analysis andReporting : Analyze logistical data to identifytrends, evaluate performance metrics, and generate reports formanagement to inform decision-making.
  • Communication andCoordination : Collaborate with internal departmentssuch as service delivery, account management and IT to coordinatelogistics activities and ensure alignment with organizationalgoals.

Requirements

  • Professional Certificate / NITEC or Diploma inSupply Chain Management / Logistics.
  • TechnicalKnowledge on spare parts business.
  • At least 2year working experience in similar industry.
  • Knowledge with SAP and WMS system on logistics andwarehousing
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications, particularly Excel, for data analysis, reporting, andinventory management.
  • Analytical skills toanalyze logistical data, identify trends, optimizing logisticsoperations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
  • Problem solving abilities, identify logisticalchallenges, develop innovative solutions
