Job Description

Applications are invited for a Research Fellow position in the Dr Prateek Bansal's Research group at the National University of Singapore (NUS).

The project involves understanding preferences for Mobility-as-a-Service (MaaS), estimating its effect on public transport, and quantifying system-level emission impact of MaaS.

The candidate will be responsible for :

• In-depth review of the literature.
• Designing and conducting stated preference experiments
• Developing and estimating discrete choice models
• Devising optimization-based approaches for system-level MaaS design by integrating results from discrete choice models.
• Creating an agent-based model to simulate the emission impact of MaaS

The successful applicant is expected to pursue independent as well as collaborative research, must be willing participate in writing grant proposals and in the supervision of doctoral / postgraduate research students.
