Roles & Responsibilities

• Develop IT strategies aligned with the organization's goals and objectives. This includes identifying technology needs, evaluating emerging technologies, and creating long-term plans for IT infrastructure and systems.
• Develop and manage the IT department budget, allocating resources effectively to support business objectives while controlling costs.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect against cybersecurity threats, data breaches, and unauthorized access. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to data security and privacy.
• Identify IT risks and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them. Implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to minimize the impact of IT disruptions on business operations.
• Lead and manage a team of IT professionals, including systems administrators, network engineers, cybersecurity specialists, and technical support staff. Provide guidance, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
• Provide technical support to end-users, troubleshooting IT issues, and resolving technical problems in a timely manner. Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on IT systems, tools, and best practices.
• Monitor the performance of IT systems, networks, and applications, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Prepare and present reports on IT performance, project status, and key metrics to senior management.
