Job descriptionPossess Diplomas in Early Childhood Teaching & Leadership. Degree in Early Childhood will be an advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience managing a school. Committed individual with strong communication skills Creative and inspiring with loving energy for our young children. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Possess excellent leadership qualities and management skills. Passionate about preschool education and able to positively engage stakeholders in the holistic development of the child. Independent and self-driven team leader as well as a team player. Tech savvy and proficient with Microsoft Office programs.
Roles & Responsibilities
Job description :
- Guide staff in the holistic development and care for the children, and build a safe and conducive environment that best meets their needs.
- Manage school staff, parent communications, school enrolment.
- Facilitate proactive and positive engagement with parents and the community.
- Oversee professional development and well-being of staff.
- Responsible for school events and activities throughout the school year.
- Ensure licensing requirements, health and safety regulations are maintained at all times.
- Responsible for overall curriculum delivery.
- Handle all matters related to the administration of the school.
