Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Change Management Strategy Development – Design and implement change management strategies and customise plans to support adoption of new user experiences, processes, and technologies.
• Impact & Readiness Assessment – Conduct impact analyses and assess change readiness across stakeholder groups.
• Actionable Deliverables Creation – Develop communication plans, training plans, testing plans, Tabletop Exercises (TTX), stakeholder engagement strategies, and resistance management plans.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with Product Owners (PO) and cross-functional teams to integrate change management activities into project plans.
• Change Communications Leadership – Lead change-related communications across internal audiences, ensuring clear, consistent, and brand-aligned messaging.
• Effectiveness Monitoring – Track change initiative frequency and measure effectiveness using data collection and analytics; adjust strategies to meet metrics for efficiency, effectiveness, and user experience.
• Resistance Management – Identify and manage anticipated resistance, providing proactive support and guidance to affected employees.
• Culture Development – Assess and promote a culture of continuous improvement and change agility across the organisation.
• Feedback Analysis & Automation – Analyse centralised feedback, translate it into change requirements, and support automation efforts into practical AI-driven solutions with a sustainability focus.
• Brand Alignment – Ensure all communication materials adhere to the organisation’s brand identity guidelines.
