Job description

In this role, you will be part of the Device Manufacturing Engineering Team, responsible for the test systems in the production. The primary objective of Test Engineering specialization is to deploy and maintain the test systems which are used within Manufacturing to ensure products are released to a known quality standard.

You will provide on-going support of current production, including implementation of continuous improvement initiatives to achieve best in class operational measures of quality & efficiency. This role also involves working with cross functional teams eg. Product Life Cycle, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality to develop and maintain a complete, validated manufacturing system design that satisfies both Product and Quality requirements

Let’s talk about Responsibilities

Deploy new test systems during New Product introduction or test improvement activities.

Provide frontline support for manufacturing test systems

Write documentation, such as validation protocols and reports, in compliance with the ResMed quality system

Write production test procedures and equipment manuals and train test operator personnel and Equipment specialists

Liaise with Product Focussed Teams (PFTs)

Develop and monitor dashboards to review data with internal cross-functional teams and provide recommendations on process improvement opportunities.

Work close with Supplier Quality Engineers to resolve component issues.

Represents the test engineering in Singapore Site and liase with Sydney counterparts

Be part of a global test engineering resource and support activities beyond Device factory

Let’s talk about Qualifications and Experience

Required :

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronic).

Work experience in test engineering or test development in a highly regulated environment.

Demonstrate being an excellent communicator.

Operate with a high level of self-sufficiency and can handle multiple projects simultaneously.

Collaborating with multi-disciplinary and cross functional teams.

Proficiency in risk management for manufacturing processes

Flexibility to work across Singapore and Australian time zones

Preferred :

Minimum of 5 years of related experience.

Experience in data analytics dashboard development (Tableau)
