Roles & Responsibilities

The candidate will be involved in ensuring optimal use and support of hearing aids by training audiologists and technicians, addressing technical and customer inquiries, and providing hands-on patient care.

What you will do

• Provide training and after-sales support for audiologists and audio technicians in public hospitals
• Assist sales managers and senior audiologists with customer inquiries and technical questions related to products and services
• Conduct hearing evaluations, recommend hearing aids or assistive devices, and fit them for patients
• Educate patients on hearing aid use and care, and troubleshoot any issues.
• Collaborate with the regional clinical excellence team on projects and work closely with product management, marketing, and customer service for product launches and ongoing support
• Participate in product launch events and customer demonstrations to highlight product features and benefits.
