Admin Assistant - 3 Months Contract (Tampines) - Islandwide, SG

Roles & Responsibilities

• Maintain and update centre documents related to registration, invoicing, and preparations for Cyclical Maintenance (August to November 2025).
• Ensure smooth centre operations by coordinating administrative tasks and managing correspondence for the upcoming ECDA Developmental Visit (SPARK).
• Support enrolment efforts for 2025 / 26 by liaising with new parents and ensuring all registration documents are properly filed.
• Prepare and organise refund-related and other required documents in anticipation of ECDA’s year-end audit.
• No experience required, willing to learn.
