Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth objectives for data center and related services in Singapore and the wider APAC region.
Identify and acquire new customers, including enterprises, cloud providers, system integrators, and managed service providers.
Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with internal teams (operations, technical, finance, and legal) to deliver proposals, pricing, and solutions tailored to customer needs.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum 5–8 years of sales experience, preferably within the data center, cloud, telecom, or IT services industry.
Strong track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent knowledge of data center services, colocation, connectivity, and cloud ecosystems.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
Fluent in Chinese and English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is a plus.
