Roles & Responsibilities

My client is a traditional internet company and They are scaling globally and seeking a visionary CTO to lead the technology, AI innovation, and engineering excellence. You will take the technical ownership and strategy for business growth. It is rare opportunity to join the multi-national culture company.

Job responsibility :

Define and drive the company’s technology vision, roadmap, and architecture aligned with business and regulatory needs
Lead end-to-end product development cycles, ensuring scalability, resilience, and regulatory compliance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, marketing, operations) to integrate technology with business, providing robust technical support
Keep abreast of the latest technology, proactively explore new trends

Requirements :

10+ years of progressive experience in technology leadership, including Big Tech or top global product company exposure

Bachelor’s degree or higher from Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or related fields

Extensive experience in leading, designing, and scaling high-concurrency systems, with a proven track record in handling massive user traffic

Strong communication to collaborate with stakeholders in all levels – (business, product, design, and development), to align with business strategy

Excellent communication skill, capable of collaborating with regional teams
