Job Responsibilities
- Carry out of vehicle service and repair for different car brands and models as per specified in the service checklist and Vehicle Repair Order
 - Ensure all service and repairs are performed thoroughly and in accordance to good internal standards
 - Ensure maximum care to vehicle such as using fender cover, cushion cover, floor mat, etc. Observe strict prohibition from smoking in customer vehicle
 - Ensure parts are replaced only when necessary
 - Observe honest and ethnical practice of genuine replacement of parts and service rendered according to the checklist and scope of works
 - Maintain the work bay and workshop areas in orderly and safe working condition. Return all tools to their original locations after use
 - Maintain workshop equipment and personal equipment in good and working condition
 - Report any broken or missing tool to Supervisor so that replacement and / or replenishment can be made
 - Report abnormal and unsafe workshop condition so that corrective and preventive actions can be made
 - Undertakes other duties as assigned
 
Job Requirements
At least NITEC in Automotive Engineering or relevant disciplineAt least 2 years of relevant working experience in the related field is required for this position, preferably in automotive industryPossess valid class 3 driving license or equivalentCandidate who has experience in handling light and heavy automotive vehicles of different brands and make would have an added advantageCandidate with experience in using diagnostic tools would have an added advantagePossess basic English Language proficiency (read, write and speak) to understand and communicate work instructionsOpen to handle both passenger and commercial vehicles (e.g. Vans, lorries and etc)Must be comfortable to work in workshops environment and alternate SaturdayIs a team player and able to work independentlyAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.
