Key Responsibilities

Monitor application health using Cisco APM and observability tools (e.g. Dynatrace, Datadog).

Configure and manage Real User Monitoring (RUM) for web and mobile apps.

Analyze performance data using dashboards, queries, and BI tools.

Use session replay tools to troubleshoot user experience issues.

Create and maintain custom metrics, alerts, KPIs, and dashboards.

Maintain monitoring platforms (patching, upgrades) and documentation.

Provide technical training and write knowledge base articles.

Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams for performance tuning.

Handle incident response and on-call support when required.

Required Skills & Experience

Degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience.

6+ years' experience in APM tools (Cisco APM, Dynatrace, Datadog) - AppDynamics certification preferred.

Strong knowledge of monitoring best practices, log tracing, metrics, and observability.

Familiar with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), containers (Docker, Kubernetes), and CI / CD tools.

Solid grounding in OS, networking, web apps, and databases (Oracle, SQL, DB2).

Coding experience in Java, Python, .NET, or similar; mobile dev (Flutter, React Native, etc.) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.

Prior experience in WOG (Whole-of-Government) environments preferred.
