Fitch Learning is currently seeking a Client Relationship Manager based in our Singapore office.
The purpose of this role is to manage a defined portfolio of strategic B2B client accounts across the South East Asia region and grow these through developing strong relationships with client contacts across the organization. In addition, to seek out new business development opportunities with new logo clients. You will work with our clients to understand their needs and, working with our trainer faculty and product specialists, design programs and learning solutions to address their needs. In doing so, you will achieve / exceed an agreed revenue target.

Engage with clients and prospects to understand their learning needs and translate into solutions that meet those needsPosition Fitch Learning (and wider Fitch Group) by acting as a thought leader in Learning and financial marketsManage your portfolio of clients through strategic analysis, relationship building and winning new businessUnderstand the financial markets, products and operating environment that our clients work in, to enable you to support the design of learning and development solutions that add value to our clientsConvert opportunities into booked business through sales excellence; leverage off our internal resources to write and develop best in class proposals; pitch persuasivelyManage data and information closely and accurately, by using our Salesforce system to record and track your account developmentsProduce regular revenue forecasts that are built from your pipelineEffectively hand over programs to the relevant operational teams to deliver and manage, whilst retaining commercial oversight and client relationshipWhat You Need to Have :
High level of professionalism, integrity and quality in all aspects of the roleArticulate and excellent communication skillsAbility to create and position Fitch Learnings solutions through in-person meetings and marketing materialsA strong background in sales / relationship management, ideally within the financial services education sectorA proven track record in developing new businessDemonstrate a history of working to, and achieving revenue targetsAbility to understand client strategy to determine appropriate solutionsExcellent communication skills and a consultative selling approachWhat Would Make You Stand Out :
