• Provide expert advice on space planning, design conceptualization, and material selection.
• Develop and present design proposals and quotations based on client requirements.
• Oversee and manage project progress from inception to completion.
• Conduct site supervision and coordinate project execution.
• Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Plan project timelines to align with customers’ move-in schedules.
