Roles & Responsibilities

• Role: Senior / Public Relations Officer

• Industry: Marketing Agency

• Working Days: 5 Days, 8.30am-5.30pm, 1 Day WFH

• Office is at Genting Lane [ Between Mattar & Farrer Park MRT ]

• Salary Range: $3,800 [ 3 Years Experiences ], Up to $6000 [ 5 Years Experience ]

Job Scopes:

• My client is a Public Relations & Communications Agency at both Singapore & Malaysia.

• Specializing in network of media, influencers, and partners in the luxury, fashion, beauty, wellness, culture, and lifestyle industries.

This role is expect to support the day to day running of client campaigns and the successful operation of the office.

1. To undertake proactive media pitching and outreach to relevant KOLs and influencers as relevant to client campaigns

2. Work with the General Manager and Managing Director to coordinate executive interviews, media events and press conferences

3. To help in the organisation of press functions and press trips

4. To research any third party information on behalf of clients

5. To help with ideas and information, contributing to the success and smooth running of the individual client campaigns

6. To be responsible for the press cuttings and monitoring resulting from our work for our clients

7. To be responsible for the forward features planning and pitching on behalf of our clients

8. To help distribute press releases on behalf of our clients

9. To help compile and distribute monthly / quarterly reports on our activities for our clients

10. To operate our filing systems

11. To update press kits/press releases on behalf of our clients

12. To be in charge of client images including distribution

13. To be in charge of our stationery and brochure material on behalf of our clients, re-ordering as required

14. To provide general research and administrative support including updates / maintenance of the media database

15. To undertake any other duties requested by the Managing Director

Requirements:

• Candidate should possess at least Bachelor's Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Degree in Mass Communications or equivalent experience

• At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
