Job descriptionApplicants without experience are welcomed to apply Able to work OT hours, including weekends and public holiday. Willing to work as a team Prior cleaning experience in a condominium will be an added advantage
Job Scope :
- Lead a team of cleaning specialist and train them
- Ensure they are operating at top efficacy and performance
- Taking accountability of team projects
- Managing expectations of clients and solicit new businesses
- Expected to have a driver's license
- Expected to clean as well
- Sweeping and mopping of building floor areas such as lift, lift lobbies and common areas.
- Wiping of lift panels, glass panels and letterboxes and ensure they are free of dirt and grime.
- Clearing the common rubbish bins.
- Area compound cleaning to maintain cleaning standards.
- Cleaning and packing of cleaning equipment for next day usage.
- Informing any matters / feedback to the supervisor when necessary.
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the supervisor.
