About the role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, and placing top talent within our clients' organizations. This is also an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate looking to kick-start a career in the recruitment industry.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct research to identify potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their suitability for open positions.
• Build and maintain relationships with candidates, providing guidance and support throughout the recruitment process.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements for each position.
• Prepare and submit candidate reports to clients, highlighting the top candidates for each role.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates and clients to ensure a smooth hiring process.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to continuously improve the effectiveness of our recruitment strategies.
• Participate in networking events and industry conferences to expand our talent pool and increase brand visibility.
