This role is responsible for managing the contracts,document control and other administrative aspects of the completelife cycle of the project.
Responsibilities :
- Coordinate document flow over client,subcontractors and internal documentation like project plans,manuals, blueprints, progress reports, vendor contracts, technicalsubmissions, or equivalent and drawings etc.
- Maintain an organized filing system (PEP) to meet our ISOrequirements.
- Processing goods received andupdating the system.
- Support team incompilation of invoices, tracking inventory / equipmentlisting
- Other administration support to homeoffice and site team for infrastructure set up, manpowerallocation, time attendance & leave management, etc.
- Ordering of grocery & stationary from homeoffice
- Schedule for water dispenser, copier& plotter maintenance
- Other ad-hoc dutiesas assigned by Project Manager
Requirements : -
Minimum Diploma & Above.Able to work independently with at least 2 year ofProject Administration experience.Competentin MS OfficeGood interpersonal andcommunication skillGood command of spoken andwritten English
