Job description

This role is responsible for managing the contracts,document control and other administrative aspects of the completelife cycle of the project.

Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate document flow over client,subcontractors and internal documentation like project plans,manuals, blueprints, progress reports, vendor contracts, technicalsubmissions, or equivalent and drawings etc.
  • Maintain an organized filing system (PEP) to meet our ISOrequirements.
  • Processing goods received andupdating the system.
  • Support team incompilation of invoices, tracking inventory / equipmentlisting
  • Other administration support to homeoffice and site team for infrastructure set up, manpowerallocation, time attendance & leave management, etc.
  • Ordering of grocery & stationary from homeoffice
  • Schedule for water dispenser, copier& plotter maintenance
  • Other ad-hoc dutiesas assigned by Project Manager

Requirements : -

  • Minimum Diploma & Above.
  • Able to work independently with at least 2 year ofProject Administration experience.
  • Competentin MS Office
  • Good interpersonal andcommunication skill
  • Good command of spoken andwritten English
