Senior Staff Engineer, Product Development

Responsibilities

• Ownership of products assigned from development to MP phase, to lead and drive products life cycle from new product concept till mass production ramp
• Manage and coordinate prototype build / new materials characterization, including optical, electrical and mechanical assessment with DOE (Design of Experiment) execution. Responsible for product related documentation including BOM, product specs, process control plan, defect catalogue.
• Strong Analytical skills with strong background in data analysis (script writing knowledge will be an advantage). Lead cross-functional teams to resolve process, reliability and yield challenges through root cause and failure analysis activities.
• Strong collaboration with internal and external customers to drive all product related issues to ensure successful production ramp from development phase. To front external customers to address and resolve any technical issues.
• To offer technical guidance to more junior teammates within product development team
