Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to the Senior Management team on operational work and projects
- Support planning and logistics when hosting local / overseas guests
- Support Investor Relations and Communications department for printing of presentation packs and hosting of company events
- Assist in travel arrangements such as flight, accommodation, visa application, and negotiate corporate rates agreements.
- In charge of overseeing office equipment such as tracking of office equipment, conduct research and quotations comparison for office purchases, maintenance and repair, etc.
- Facilitate as IT administrator and liaise with IT Helpdesk
- Perform Receptionist duties as an alternate to Main Receptionist.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
Diploma or equivalent with at least 2 years’ experience of relevant working experienceProficient in Microsoft Office (especially in Excel, Word and Powerpoint)Good with design software (such as Adobe and In-design)Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skillPreferably with experience with Office Management and facilitiesQualified candidates are invited to submit their applications in (MS Word) format to
