Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent across various channels.
- Proactively build and maintain a strong network of potential candidates.
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and target the right talent pools.
- Utilize various sourcing tools and techniques, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen and assess candidates based on qualifications and cultural fit.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance our visibility and attract top talent.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in talent sourcing.
Key Requirements :
A diploma or degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.CEI Certificate is preferredProven experience in talent sourcing or recruitment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.Excellent research and analytical skills with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates.Proficiency in using various sourcing tools and platforms.Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for finding exceptional talent.Applicants who possess relevant experience for the above responsibilities are most welcome to apply.
